We recommend you to book your test as soon as possible after you know your travel plans. It must be booked prior to entering into the UK.
Any orders completed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Any orders received after this time they will be dispatched the next day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Tracking information is sent via email to enable you to track your kits to your door.
No there is no limit.
Positive: The Covid-19 virus has been detected on your swab. You will not be able to travel or reduce your quarantine time and we will inform NHS Public Health about your positive result.
Inconclusive: Needs Repeated Very infrequently, your swab result will need to be repeated. This may occur due to poor sample taking technique. If your result is inconclusive, we will offer you a replacement test.

In summary:
Your sample is only shared with our lab partner. Both negative and positive tests will be reported to Public Health England (PHE) in accordance with UK regulations.

The UK Government has made it mandatory for all UK arrivals to take at least one test depending on where they are travelling from.
It is compulsory for everyone over the age of 5 to book and pay for a day 2 and day 8 test. Failing to do so may result in you receiving substantial fines.
Included in the price:
- Two PCR tests to use on Day 2 and Day 8
- Delivery of both tests to your address
- All packaging and postage to return the samples to the lab using Royal Mail
